At ClubHam, each station designs its own QSL card — front and back — and sends it for the contacts in its logbook. When the other station sends theirs too, the contact is confirmed, both stations are notified and both cards are kept.
In the card editor you build the design with images, text and the contact fields — callsign, date, time, band, mode, RST —, which the platform fills in on each QSL. A template can apply to a specific operation, to the fixed station or to mobile operations.

Choose the station and the operations, filter the contacts if you want a different message for a country or a band, and send the QSLs for all the selected contacts at once. Before sending, the preview shows the card filled in with the data of a contact from your logbook.

The QSLs other stations send you appear in Received QSLs whenever the matching contact is in your log — the same callsigns, a close date and time, the same band and an equivalent mode. From there you reply with your own QSL and complete the confirmation.
Every card for a confirmed contact carries a code and a QR code on the back that lead to the public verification page, where anyone can check that the confirmation exists on the platform. Contacts confirmed by QSL count toward the awards tracked in ClubHam.
