ClubHam Database

ClubHam — the platform for radio amateurs

Log your contacts, confirm them with digital QSLs and LoTW, track your awards and plan your contest and DX operations — all in one place, on your computer or smartphone.

The platform

What ClubHam is

ClubHam is a platform for radio amateurs. It keeps your contact logbook and, from it, sends and receives digital QSLs, confirms contacts through LoTW, tracks your awards and helps you prepare for contest and DX operations.

What you can do

  • Logbook — import your logs in ADIF format and view each of your DX and contest operations on its own. Generate statistics for a specific contest and attach photos, video and a description of the operation.
  • Digital QSL — design your station’s card templates and send QSLs in bulk at the push of a button. When the other station’s QSL confirms a contact, its details automatically count toward your awards (DXCC, DX Marathon, WAS and others), with no need to look at the card and copy the “printed” details into your logbook. Digital QSLs are not sent (or received) by e-mail but within the platform. You can also generate your QSL as a PDF and e-mail it to the other station if you wish.
  • LoTW — upload your contacts to Logbook of The World and download the confirmations. The exchange with LoTW covers all your callsigns registered in LoTW and set up on the platform, with no need to sync each one separately.
  • Awards — track DXCC, VUCC, DX Marathon and regional awards such as WAS: what has been worked and what has been confirmed. The IOTA, POTA, SOTA and WWFF references are stored with each contact and can be viewed on the references map.
  • Contests and DX — log your operations with the station location, check the propagation forecast for the destinations you care about and follow the DX Cluster spots.
  • Sharing — give another radio amateur access to your station, to view or work with your stations’ data. A club logbook can be managed by more than one ClubHam user account.

Access

Accounts are free. MEMBER status comes with a yearly contribution. It keeps the platform running and raises your limits and the features you can use on the platform.

When you sign up for ClubHam Database, you automatically get a trial period with all MEMBER features unlocked. Quantities (licenses, operating locations and images) follow the non-member limits.
